Terms of Service

BESTECO is a digital ecosystem for the Biogas and Compressed Biogas (CBG) industry. It provides a marketplace, vendor directory, consultant directory, knowledge hub, training programs, industry networking, project support and related business services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform, provide accurate information, keep your account credentials confidential and comply with all applicable laws.

You confirm that all registration information you provide is true and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

Verified vendors agree to provide accurate product information, hold and maintain all required licences and registrations, honour commitments made to customers, and comply with applicable laws and industry standards.

Verified consultants agree to provide professional services with reasonable skill and care, keep their qualifications and experience accurate, avoid misleading claims and act ethically and professionally at all times.

The Platform connects users. Unless expressly stated on a listing, BESTECO does not manufacture, own, guarantee or endorse products or services offered by third parties.

Where BESTECO marks a vendor, consultant or product as "Verified", it indicates that information and supporting documents made available to BESTECO have been reviewed. Verification is not a guarantee of future performance, product quality or commercial success.

Payments on the Platform may be processed through approved payment partners. Applicable taxes and service charges may apply and will be shown before you complete a transaction.

All BESTECO logos, branding, Platform design, educational materials, content and software are the intellectual property of BESTECO Solutions & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any material from the Platform without prior written permission.

You shall not:

• provide false information,
• misrepresent products or services,
• upload unlawful, infringing or offensive content,
• attempt unauthorised access to the Platform, or
• use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

BESTECO may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BESTECO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by law.

BESTECO may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
